Volunteer Artist Program

Opening Act's Volunteer Artist Program provides opportunities for the incredibly talented artists of New York City to give back to their community.
We are looking for professional actors, dancers, composers and directors who are interested in connecting with the remarkable young people of Opening Act. For a minimum commitment of one 2-hour workshop, Volunteer Artists can offer our students a glimpse into the artistic world outside of their classroom, deepening not only their understanding of the commitment and professionalism of New York City artists, but also inspiring a commitment to achieve their full potential as human beings and artists themselves.
